1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Herbalux website (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Armazem LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 90 York Way, Islington, N1 9AG, GB.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on our Site, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the true colour of any product.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by us. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when the products are dispatched.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorise us and Stripe to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. You must provide current, complete and accurate billing information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or failure to verify payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the UK and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions or adverse weather conditions.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £45 as stated on our Site.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@herbaluxcare.com with your order number. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and software, is the property of Armazem LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
